The location was great. 10 minutes from Amtrak/Bus Station. There's a Food Mart across from hotel. The Staff were very professional and welcoming. We were able to check-in early.. There's a restaurant in the hotel I HIGHLY recommend the food was absolutely delicious I enjoyed the Denver Omelet 2 days in a row. The restaurant staff were GREAT!! There's alot nearby and within walking distance. The room was comfortable, we had a mini fridge and kureg coffee maker. There's also a Bar that opens around 4pm. And a pool I didn't get to enjoy this time around...but I'll be back.

Evelyn was the greatest hospitality employee I have ever met. She was more than just the woman that checked us in. She was just the kindest, genuinely caring, and helpful woman that seemed to care about every guest. I watched her handle my crazy situation at ease, all while taking phone calls, helping others, and answering side questions by other guests. She was a multitasking master, and she never once seemed like she was stressing out. I'm not loyal to any specific hotel chain but if I am in staying in this area, I will 100% stay here because of her.

It was beautiful inside. It’s clear they do a lot of functions and cater to business travelers. The woman at check-in was EXCEPTIONAL. She was extremely nice and was very accommodating.

The Front Desk staff went out of there way to accommodate me in Every way. The Bartender was fabulous and so Friendly. Great Hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We did not utilize the breakfast, but would like to suggest you offer tea instead of just coffee.

the staff is so nice! I feel like a lot of customer service people are cranky these days and these people were so nice.
